Finding Forever with You- a light and enjoyable read

BLURB

My best friend Sophie was gorgeous, at times uptight and desperate.

Her biological clock was ticking and after yet another failed relationship she pulled me aside.

"Listen Chase, you know I adore you and you know I need you. Historically, you always come through for me." She swallowed hard while I listened. "It's no secret that I want a baby, the semi old fashioned way."

I nodded not really believing what I was hearing.

"I want you to do it."

"You want my swimmers?"

"Yes, through natural injection."

Sex with my best friend. The best friend I had once upon a time wanted in a bad way.

"Don't worry, I've got this covered," I assured her. She looked relieved and maybe even a little excited.

Seven Days, Six nights, and lots of sex. What more could I want?

Oh right. A way to turn this into forever so I could raise my child too.

REVIEW

This book was very cute. This is the type of book you read when you just want to relax with a cup of tea. A very light read indeed.

Finding Forever With You is the story of Sophie who really wants a baby, and after much consideration she enlists the help of her best friend and stud-muffin Chase Malone (the youngest Malone brother).

Chase is sceptical because he doesn’t want things to be awkward between him and his best friends but after some convincing, he agrees.

Sophie wants the baby the ‘natural way’ therefore she and Chase would be having lots and lots of sex.

At first things are awkward because neither know how to act. But once they get comfortable with each other the sexy time is intense.

As a heroine, Sophie was a bit on the reserved spectrum and was a rather apprehensive and she sort of lacked self-confidence. There were moments where I just wanted her to take control and be bold, but she couldn’t do that. I still liked her as a heroine but I would have liked her more if she was less reserved.

Chase was really charming. He was a complete gentleman when it came to Sophie (and other women). He knew sleeping together would be awkward, so he tried extra hard to make things comfortable for the two of them. He never pressured, only encouraged her to try new things. Plus, he knew his way around the bedroom so I have no choice but to stan.

The entire book was really nice. Like I stated earlier, it was a light read and wasn’t filled with heavy content. Highly enjoyable.

happy reading!
