This book was insanely hot. From start to finish this book was pure sex. Give me more!
Plucked followed the same old love story of best friends who end up falling for the same girl.
King and Rome make up the successful classical music group ‘Bowed and Dangerous’. When their label decides to merge with a smaller label, their duo is about to come a trio with sassy violin player and singer Quincy.
Much to their dismay, making music with Quincy is electrifying and very quickly they cannot they enough of her. Both want her, but only one can have her. Who will she choose?
I’m always sceptical about reading love triangle books because the reader always knows who the heroine/hero is going to choose. However, after this, it’s not so obvious who Quincy will choose.
Rome and King couldn’t be more opposite of each other.
Where King is level-headed, Rome is hot-tempered. Where Rome is wild and uninhibited, King is calm, cool and collected. It’s honestly a miracle those men can stand each other let alone work together. But, somehow they do and together they are an absolutely ruthless pair.
Mutual ruthlessness aside, both men have fallen hard for Quincy. Originally, no girl could ever come between them, but their feelings for Quincy test their bond.
But, what makes Quincy so special? why is she different to the countless other girls?
Well for one, she’s ridiculously talented and insanely sexy. Plus she’s not a pushover. When the men especially Rome) give her trouble, she fights back and never fails to speak her mind. She was definitely a fierce heroine.
But, she does have to make a choice. After reading this book, I’m team Rome but honestly, anything can happen.
I need book 2 like ASAP.
